He served as the Chief Operating Officer at Lighthouse Medical Center, where he also directed the Regenerative Medicine and Neuropathy Treatment Programs. In that role, John managed day-to-day operations, led employees, and implemented innovative programs to expand the center's services within the community.

Earlier in his career, John worked in Neurosurgery and Trauma at several Level 1 Trauma centers across the U.S., gaining invaluable experience in high-pressure medical environments. His transition into corporate business management led him to leadership roles at prestigious financial firms like Northwestern Mutual and Mass Mutual, where he was recognized for his strong leadership and team-building skills.

Outside of work, John is devoted to his family—his wife Jennifer and their two children, Hayes and Amy.
